Q01

Do I need any experience or a degree?

No. The program is built for complete beginners and career-changers. If you're reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable on your feet, you can succeed here. No prior IT experience or degree is required.

Q02

How long is the program?

Six weeks. We offer an evening track (Mon–Thu, 6–9 PM) and a Saturday intensive (9 AM–3 PM) so you can keep working while you train.

Q03

How much does it cost?

Tuition is $700 total for the entire program. A $150 deposit reserves your seat, with the balance due before your start date. That covers lab access, all materials, your certificate, and career support.

Q04

What will I actually be able to do when I finish?

Rack and stack servers, terminate and test cabling, trace power and respond to alarms, work tickets in a DCIM tool, and document your work — the core duties of an entry-level data center technician.

Q05

Will you help me get a job?

Yes. Tuition includes resume and LinkedIn help, interview practice for data center roles, and introductions to hiring partners actively recruiting across the DMV. We can't guarantee a job, but we work hard to set you up to land one.

Q06

Where are classes held?

At our lab and classroom: 431 N Frederick Ave, Suite 202, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. Parking is available on site.

Q07

Is there a certification at the end?

You'll earn a DCTA DMV certificate of completion documenting the hands-on skills you demonstrated. It's a strong addition to your resume and a talking point in interviews.

Q08

How do I reserve my seat?

Fill out the enrollment form and admissions will call you the same business day to confirm your cohort and collect the $150 deposit. You can also call us directly at 301-820-1191.
